The PMM series is a high-impedance passive probe line tailored for engineers seeking a compact, accurate probing solution. With 10:1 attenuation, these probes offer low capacitive loading for minimal impact on the DUT, while still ensuring excellent signal fidelity across a 500 MHz range.

The 5 mm probe tip is equipped with a replaceable 0.38 mm spring-loaded contact, making it ideal for reliable and repeatable measurements. Optional accessories, including solder-in BNC adapters and PCB pads, enable flexible integration into various testing setups.

The optional RO pin supports automatic oscilloscope scaling, and all PMM probes are compatible with any oscilloscope featuring a 50Ω input or using a 50Ω feed-through termination.
